Story
Grant and Nicola have always had an affinity with Mini’s with one of Grants first cars being a 1973 mini. Nicola’s first mini was not as exciting - a remote control car (that Grant gave her 14 years ago after asking what she wanted for Christmas one year). After continuously asking over the years, Grant finally gave in and let Nicola get her a new Mini – which, with her love of all things Disney, she affectionately calls “Minnie”.
Now, after all these years, she can finally say: “We’re taking this car to Invercargill!”
As part of the 2019 Pork Pie Charity Run, we’ll be driving Minnie over 2500km from Kaitaia to Invercargill in just six days. This epic journey will not only test our willpower, stamina, sense of humour and beloved vehicle to the limit, but also Grant's nerves when Nicola drives 
.
